MEC headband glasses

Anyone tried the MEC headband with the single lens attachment? It seems like an interesting design without the nosepiece, but I'm curious if it stays in place.
I have it, like it better then the glasses. Plus it keeps the sweat out of the eyes! still not cheap though!
