I see some distinct serial number ranges mentioned on the Feinwerkbau website:

up to 3407
3407 to 15,000
15,000 to 20,000
over 20,000

Does anyone know what changes were incorporated with each series? Is there any series to avoid? I remember seeing one on Gunbroker 6 or so months ago with minimal interest.

the only obvious changes ive seen in units bought over the last 7 years were older ones came with terrible giant grips, newer now come with Nill made grips and ive seen three different type levers that lock the slide back. the internal parts might have some subtle changes but just from looking at them they appear to be the same. All three ifve seen all shoot and function great.
