I am planning on relocating to Phoenix, AZ (not sure which area yet) and was wondering the whereabouts of clubs, both in and outdoor, that conduct conventional bullseye matches. Any guidance you can provide is appreciated. Thanks
Tom

Isabel nailed it. Really the only game in town for Bullseye.

Prepare to have your ass severely whipped when competing here, though. Some of the best in the country regularly shoot here. Over twenty new National records have been set here this year. Several National Championships as well.

That's what makes it so much fun! You'll be welcome.

You might think about getting an air pistol, too.

You'll probably want the E or NE part of town.

Thanks very much for the information the Phoenix Rod and Gun club looks great, very much like the club I belong to in Missouri. Now all I need to find are some nearby trap and skeet fields and I'm all set. Thanks again,
Tom

Here you go, trap & skeet fields galore! ... I visited this range and it's unbelievely impressive in size and range facilities.

If you're into rifle, coincidently it's right off exit 223 and no shortage of distance for all kinds shooting skills and disiplines.

Enjoy!

Highly recommend PRG! Shot there for 5 years when I was stationed in Ca. Great people, better facilities and a wonderful experience.

I have shot in Phoenix over the past five winters.
Phoenix Rod & Gun Club on the south east side of Phoenix has a group of serious bullseye psitol shooters. They run the mid-winter shoot there in ca Jan or Feb.
I tried shooting bullseye at the Rio Salado club in Mesa but that was on Monday nights and the cool wind dampened my spirits. The year it started there were ca 30+ shooters but that number has declined dramatically.
I shoot steel challenge, USPSA and ICORE at both clubs during the winter.
