MKIII Question

Squaring of the bolt face will it help accuracy, and I would like to put a compensator on the front, I know that 22 have little recoil but I am looking for a way to add weight to the front not alot but some. I have a slab side 5.5 and I need just a little more, and on top it will look better then taping on some weight????????/ thanks all
