So what happens to the US Team at midnight?

So because the US Congress cannot come to an agreement on a federal budget it looks like the government will shut down at midnight on Friday 4/8/11. (this is presumably midnight in Washington DC but hey, what are a few time zones when you are talking about shutting down a whole government?) When this happens, all non-essential employees of the US Government are to stop work and go home.
OK, so what happens to the members of the US Team, who also happen to be members of the US Army Marksmanship Unit, a modest handful of whom are at the second leg of the ISSF World Cup in Changwon Korea right now? Do they get a special announcment during the middle of a relay, "For members of the USAMU only "STOP", make your rifle/pistol safe and don't do anything shooting related. That's right, you can't even read Guns 'n Ammo."
A stupid scenario to think about but so is congress not being able to come to agreement on a budget.
OK, this is my little political vent. Take it for what it is worth.
