High Standard Supermatic Citation

I have a E. Hartford supermatic citation milatary. It has an allen bolt for the barrel release. Will the pushbutton type barrels work on this pistol if I the removed the nub that the push button engauges???? I would like to purchase on of those custom 5.5" bull barrels.

Here was the reply...
Should work, but you will have to drill and tap the barrel for the allen head bolt
