WCh Munich: individual medals vs. team medals?

I still marvel how it is possible to win a team gold medal with the three individual shooters of this team scoring 11th, 26th and 30th of 34 shooters overall? Strange kind of magic... 8-)

No,it's not magic.
It's you not knowing / understanding ISSF rule 6.5.4.6
"When team matches are programmed and eliminations are required, team members/nations must be equitably divided between the elimination relays. Team scores are taken from these relays."
