Thanks to Pilkington

This is probably old news to most on this forum; however, I think it is appropriate to say something nice when it is deserved.
I had a problem come up with my Steyr AP that required a repair. I contacted Pilkington Competition and communicated with Mary Lee and Rhonda. They explained that the boss was in Anniston at a major competition. Upon his return last Monday Scott contacted me and said to send the AP in and that it should be an easy fix. I had sent in a few pictures showing what the problem was. Thursday of the same week I had the repaired AP back in my hands.
Everyone at Pilkington involved were very helpful. The service was terrific! I wish to publicly thank all of them. It is nice to still have a company that truly cares about customers. As a group we are very blessed in the U.S. to have such a company.
