can anyone give me a review on the steyr lp 50? Is there a disadvantage to it over the lP10?

The LP50 doesn't have as good a trigger as the LP10. If you want to shot both precision and 5-shot events then the LP50 is a good choice. Purely for precision the LP10 is better.

I too am on the fence: LP10 or LP 50. I note the 50 has approximately 110 shots before refill while the 10 has 170. Does anyone know how many shots from the 50 in the single shot mode?

Single shot or multi shot, will result in the same number of shots per full cylinder. the new LP50e has a rtigger equal to that of it's single shot sibling

the 50 uses more air as it has to also force the pellet out of the mag into the cylinder ,100 shots is tops on mine, 90 is about right, lp10, only does about 130 though

These may help

LP50

LP50E

I have not had chance to review my LP10 yet.

The LP50E trigger is better than the LP50 one, but I don't think there is much between the LP50E and the standard LP10 (Non ball bearing trigger) in my opinion. The LP10 trigger is very good to start with.
