Most common problems I had faced with the Sius system are Paper Jam and miss recording a shot. Paper Jam is mostly related to the paper being used, there are two types of paper rolls a light and a heavy. Light weight paper will cause jams not the ccase with heavy paper. Miss recording is a PITA, in the Sius system its difficult identify the pressure sensors or microphones readings so there is no esay waye to identify ifi it is a shooter error or system malfunction. Regarding to the Megalink systems I haven't seen paper jam malfunctions even whe using different types of paper rolls and recilced (Shot) paper rolls, this may be due to the paper track and roller design. In the case of a miss reading shots in Megalink it is a lot easier to troubleshoot, challenge and repeat the shot than the Sius system. The Megalink shows on the shooter screen the pressure sensor readings for each shot and it is more easy to identify if a pressure sensor is damaged or did not detected the sound pressure wave from the shot. Hope this help.
