Benchrest

Hey guys I've recently taken to 22lr bench-rest competitions lately. I've been mainly a prolific shot gunner skeet and trap man but have fallen in love with the preciseness of bench-rest. I need a gun. Right now I'm shooting the new version of the Browning t-bolt sporter model. I love this gun but it's far from a bench-rester. For starters it's a sporter model and at best groups an inch and a quarter at 50 yards. Plus it has a four pound trigger and no after market kits. No barrels, stocks or actions. I do love the Tbolt action and would like to keep it for a bench-rest gun but it just can't be built realistically in price or time for one off custom work. I pretty much have my heart set now on an Anschutz but I don't know what model? What are the differences in the 64 and 54 action. Will I be happy with the barrel or will I be pining for an after market barrel? Which model should I get thats not 3500 dollars but will provide me with high quality. I want the most accurate rifle possible. My club shoots a 50 and 100 yard bench-rest match and the other clubs in my area shot 50 yard matches. You have to keep the shots within a quarter inch ring most shots to be competitive. Thanks for any help guys.
