I have an NG 30x50 spotting scope that needs repair. There is something loose inside, and the view thru the scope is sometimes blocked. If I shake it, I can usually get the normal view back.
Is there some repair facility you could recommend?

I used :
St. James Bay Tool Co.
122 E. Main St.
Mesa AZ
(480)835-1767
It's a one man (and his wife) shop. The guy actually repairs telescopes for observatories.
Reasonably priced, good work. I would probably send back to the manufacturer, though.
