Australan Bush fires - Burnt ranges.

Thanks you all for the enquiries about the burned down ranges in Victoria.
As you may have heard, we have had an extaordinary heat wave here, and terrible bush fires have eventuated from them.
Over 7000 homes have been burnt, and so far theyhave found 189 bodies, with the dreadful toll expected to rise when they can reach some ofm the outlying areas.
At the weekend, at our club, we heard that Mountain District Pistol Club had managed to save their Club room, but have lost all the shooting shed, etc.
Apparently there is an Action Match Club that has also been damaged or destroyed, but we do't know it's name or exact location.
A group of Yarra members are planning to go to the Mountain District Club, and help with some rebuilding.
We have not heard of any shooters who have been burnt out, or injured.
There have beena few close calls, but all are safe and well.
Regards,
Alex L.
