ISSF-approved wind flags

Post by Jason »

Does anyone know if these can be purchased in North America? I know Edenkillie sells them, but shipping and customs from the UK is a pain. I've searched the websites of all the major US retailers but have come up short. Thanks!

Home-made windflags

Post by Albert B »

Jason,
I have done some experimenting with home made flags:
If you take 3 layers of survayors tape, cut them to the standard ISSF dimensions and put 10 staples in them (spread over the surface), the flags heve the exact weight and dimension as mentioned in the ISSF rules.
