Even worse is that they want to do away with the whole program by 2009

I say that if they dont want the Military, then they can get the hell out of my country. By rejecting the military in every way they can, violating our 2nd amendment freedoms, and being a safe haven for illegal immigrants, not to mention the gay marrige laws there, San Fransisco has basically said "We dont want to be part of America". OK. Give it back to Mexico. end of story.
