Homemade Pop-Up Targets
Would anyone out there know where I could find building plans for a homemade pop-up target?

Not sure what sort of target you are looking for. I shoot Field Target and our "fall down" targets may be an option. The Gamo FT targets run about $20 and are unbeatable even for the home craftsman. There are plans for making wood FT targets on the AAFTA web site.
Otherwise, I would look for various airgun targets simulating silhouette. I just saw one designed for airguns and .22lr in a Midway USA ad and there is a similar one with automatic reset but it costs about $190 -- not worth the money IMHO.
Finally, there are always the spinners.
Best,
Joe
