Hi Standard Gov't Mdl

Have found a new, commercial Hi Standard(marked so in large letters on the slide)Govt Mdl .45 auto. Looks like it has a NM barrel bushing and commercial sights(Micro?).
Iwant to say I remember these from the mid 70's.
Anyone out there have any first hand knowledge as to the capability and approx. value of these guns?
