Canadian Range Manual

It seems that we in Ireland are adopting the Canadian Range Manual as the 'bible' for range construction and safety here.

Does anybody here know where I can get a copy of this or point me to the appropriate place?

I got to this site from the Canadian Firearms Center site. It appears to be something like what you're looking for. Also, take a look at the Canadian Firearms Center site:
