A customer just bought a top of the line gun and after he got it was asking Mary Lee what spare parts he should purchase to go with it. Buck’s response to Mary was a classic that all too often applies to discussions on the forums

That sounds similar to one of my favourites, "if it 'aint broke, don't fix it".

. . . yeah, o.k., I've been guilty of not following that sage advice . . . generally to the detriment of *both* my shooting *and* the equipment!
