Positive USA Shooting Experience

To provide some balance to the recent USA Shooting bashing, let me relate a positive experience.

I had previously requested a refund of a match fee. When the credit didn't appear on my bill, I called and spoke to Jodi Gilpatrick. She asked me to send her an email, and within the hour I had a response from Lindsay Brooke, the Competitions Manager. She said USAS is unable to issue credits to charge cards, but told me that a refund check would be in the mail presently.

There are good people working at USA Shooting who know what customer service means.

And today they followed up with an email to make sure I received the refund. Pretty good customer service in this case.
