Trigger Training with the Rika - Revisited

A bit over a year ago, I posted a link to a training exercise using the Rika, that I had come up with. The original TT post is here:

I'm wondering if anyone from the list has tried this and, if so, found any benefit, or detriment from the exercise. Just checking...
