Depart the US from your home airport
Saturday 21 OCT arrive MUNICH airport.
Because we have folks arriving from Canada and Australia , this will be kind of a lazy day, we will settle in the Hotel Olympia at the 1972 Olympic Shooting range. From there we can make arrangements to visit the nearby Air Museum, shooting on the Olympic range, taking the train into downtown Munich for sightseeing, or just catching forty winks in the room.
That evening we will all join up together for the first time for wonderful dinner at the nearby Bergl, which also has its own shooting range
Sunday 22 OCT
Travel to FUSSEN. We have our own personal bus to transport us the whole week, so we lots of space to view the beautiful Bavarian countryside as we travel about. Today we tour Neuschwanstein castle, the most famous castle in the world, and a must see if you are in Germany.
Travel to ULM.
Check-in at hotel for two nights, and then we will have dinner and shooting at a local club.
Monday 23 OCT Tour Anschutz factory, seeing how the world famous Anschutz rifle are built from the barrels down to the sears. We will have lunch in the Anschutz cafeteria. Next its a short ride over to AHG-Anschutz, where we can have a chance to shop for some custom shooting gear or get a personal fitting for jackets and pants. The we will got to downtown Ulm to visit the Muenster, the worlds tallest church steeple, which can be seen from miles away as we drive in. The afternoon is free for your shopping pleasures, and the hotel is short walk away when you are finished. Then its off to dinner and another night of shooting and friend making at another of one of the famous Ulm shooting ranges.
Tuesday 24 OCT Tour Walther factory. This is brand new factory not even open a year yet, utilizing the most modern teqhniques along with proprieatary machinery Walther built itself back in the 50s. Visit the FANTASTIC Walther museum on the premises, worth the price of the trip alone. We will have lunch at the factory and then head Southwest with stops at Nill Griffe for those interested in a top of the line custom pistol grip, and perhaps a visit to the Castle on the rock Hohenzolern. Ultimately we will arrive in OBERNDORF where we will have shooting and dinner at SG Oberndorf, the oldest shooting club in Germany, with a 600 year history
Wednesday 25 OCT Tour Feinwerkbau factory , where we will see processes from metal forging to plastic injections, to hand fitting of individual parts. The we head Northwest, up to SUHL, the original heart of Germans gunmaking tradition. We will have dinner and shooting at a nearby Suhl club before retiring for the night
Thursday 26 OCT Visit Suhl Mueseum dedicated to the gunmaking art, and then some free time to do some shopping downtown and enjoying lunch there. Then its back on the bus going to one of Germanys oldest cities, NURENBERG. We have arrangements there for niced dinner and shooting also if you like.
Friday 27 OCT Tour RWS factory where we will see their world famous ammunition being made. Then its time for lunch and touring of the historic old town and shopping on your own time for the afternoon.
Then we travel South to MARZLING, where check into a fine guesthouse, and have dinner and small competition at my good friends gun club in nearby FRIESING
Saturday 28 OCT
Shopping and touring Munich, where we will break into separate groups depending on individual wants with many options, castles, museums, wrapped up with a visit to the famous HSG gun club in Munich, which I believe is the largest in Germany.

Sunday Depart to airport for trip home.

Early this year, the above was in your trip description. I am a bit disappointed to be missing Oktoberfest. Or will Oktoberfest still be going on?

The famous Octoberfest always takes place in september (this year 16/9 - 5/10), only to avoid to attract too much tourists...
I wish I could be with you at that trip - even for a german born person and living here, it seems to be the most comprehensive tour to see all the legendary places (at least those interesting for shooters...).
Some recommendations:
I know you're in a tight time schedule, but only some 100 meters away from Anschuetz resides Krieghoff, the famous shotgun and hunting gun maker.
The trip from Oberndorf to Suhl seems to be veeery long, but only for germans, who are not used to make long trips by bus or car. There is the new official "Schuetzenmuseum" from the german shooting federation in Schloss Callenberg near Coburg, maybe only a short detour on your way to Suhl.

They have a special exhibition this year about the german "Bundesschiessen", the original championships held every year with Scheibenstutzen and historic "Supermatches" and exorbitant prizes worth a year's salary for average people. A lot of these prizes and of course the rifles and equipment are shown there (the oldest german shooting club by the way is not Oberndorf, but Aachen, which was founded in 799! and has written documents from 1198. 320 clubs were founded before 1500, more than 1000 before 1700).
Don't miss the Deutsche Jagdmuseum, right downtown in Munich with several very ancient airguns ("Windbüchsen"), for example a Girandoni, which is said to be the one used at the secret assassination of King Ludwig II., the famous owner of Schloss Neuschwanstein (of course he wasn't shot but drowned himself in the Sea of Starnberg in 1886, but you know, conspiracies and all that...)
So, I'm afraid I won't have a chance to meet you all somewhere on the trip, but I hope that you really enjoy your stay in good old germany!
