If you had a gun like a Steyr lp10 and set it to hit the 10, at 10 meters, in a vise, wouldn't it be than set to be shot by hand perfectly if sighted on the same mark you used when using the vise if held steady? If this is correct why don't we do this?

no it is not correct - don't you read any of the responses to the other threads before you ask? do you shoot like this too? If you're talking about pistols, please put it in the pistol forum. and do a search first.
