"Well this is a personal gripe, but all these whistles and bells and multi-adjustments on aluminum stocks and I think beginners whether they’re adults or juniors would learn more about how to shoot if they just had a plain old wood stock and would just shoot. Because you shoot and make a shot and think oh well I didn’t have this adjusted exactly right and I need to do this.

Well, yeah some people fiddle with things, I mean there are adjustment people and those are the ones that are almost always never there in the end. I mean those are the ones that there’s always something not quite right with their setup and like you said practicing imperfection is better than always looking for that mysterious goal."
