Gehmann have some good options on jackets / trousers, Kurt Thune have good sets but more expensive, Anschutz jackets never seemed to fot me too well but thers think they are very good.

Spend as much as you can afford, you'll probably never need to buy another set.

You can buy them in a lot of different places, second hand on ebay sometimes, but then you're taking a gamble on the condition etc etc.
