What a suspense-filled final! Kokorev, with a 4.3 point lead after the first shot, ends up out of the medals. A shoot-off to determine the gold!
The dramatic elements for a TV sportscast are there. It just requires some editing and proper presentation.
BTW, it looked to my untrained eye that six competitors were using a Morini free pistol. Kokorev had a Toz 35. What was Szarenski using?
The trigger guard looked like a Pardini, but the foresight didn't look like the pictures of the Pardini that Nicole posted.

Darryl has used a Morini electric with a modified AMU compensator in the past . . . but I know the AMu was making heavily modified TOZs as well (under Daryl's direct "supervision").

Yes, that trigger guard does look also like the angular one with which one version of the Toz 35 is fitted (as opposed to the curved one fitted to the other version of the Toz). The barrel and foresight are custom, not Toz, it appears.
So, two Toz 35 (one a hybrid) and six Morini CM84 in the final?

TOZ-35(M) with trigger assembly pinned to action frame and its cocking arm moved to top.
Plus a replaced barrel with a Morini 84 compensator/front sight.
