LG-100 Air leakage – Possible Broken O-Ring

Greetings:

Was at the range earlier on working on getting used of a brand new LG 100 and the sound of air escaping from the rifle followed a shot. The rifle lost all the pressure. The two visible seals appear to be O.K.

I am hoping (and praying) that the damage is small.

Does anyone have an idea on the degree of damage?

Is this something that happens frequently?

Can I fix it (replace the O-ring assuming this is the problem) myself?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
