WMG update on ranges

I just received word this afternoon, Feb. 14th, from the horses mouth, so to speak, concerning the shooting events/ranges for the 2005 Edmonton WMG.
Fullbore/highpower will be held at the Edmonton CFB Garrison.
Smallbore/air rifle: SB will be at the Nordic Center-Strathcona Science Park. Air rifle is at the Edmonton Indoor Soccer Center-East.
Pistol/Air Pistol: Pistol is at the Edmonton Police range and air is the same as rifle.
Clay Target: American trap will be held at the Edmonton Gun Club on a new date of July 26 and competitors will shoot 200 targets. All other clay target events have been cancelled because there is no venue available.
I might mention that the Nordic center-biathlon ranges will have tenting put up behind the line for wind break and the standard 6-bull target cards will be used.
I do hope that this resolves the range question and that people will get their entries in asap. We need shooters, people!!!! If we don't have a good turn-out, there may be some effort to drop the shooting events from future WMG.
See you folks in Edmonton in July. Don in Oregon
