ISSF Rule 'amendments'

Post by Wombat »

David Levene points out in the rifle forum that there is an amendment (#33) to the ISSF Rifle clothing rules. I notice that there is also an amendment #32 re drug matters.

What and where are the other 31 amendments?

Oh there's a lot more than 33. A whole new lot came into force on 1st January.

Can I suggest that you look at the 2005 Rules.

Many of the major changes are also detailed online.

Definitely check out the full rules for 2005 as there are other changes which don't show up in the "amendments". We nearly got caught last weekend, the finals sighting time has been reduced from 7 minutes to 5 minutes. This doesn't appear in the amendments and I hadn't checked out the full set of 2005 rules. Luckily it was spotted and sorted before the finals .
