I've asked SCATT. They only asked me to download the latest version of software and drivers. I only started having the problems when I did that. I have one more person to email.

Have you tried just to unplug USB and then plug it back?
USB was designed as "plug and play", but sometimes it is more like "plug and pray"..
Sometimes my SCATT loses connection to the target module, but disconnecting and reconnecting helps.

Found the fix! For whatever reason It just will not unzip the files on my new computer. I downloaded Winzip and tested several time. So far so good.

You try and let me know and I'll email SCATT so they can help others.
