Ask what you can do for USAS (international shooting)!

Many people are working hard to promote international shooting. What are you doing or are you willing to do?

Participation in local mathces is one positive. As a match director, I find it more rewarding to hold matches for a half dozen then just one or two competitors.

Holding matches is another that I am presently doing. I could name several shooters, some of who had not shot an international match in years until I held one in a reasonable distance from where they live. Several have participated in the Nationals and the Selection matches.

I can tell you that scheduling a match with USAS and uploading scores was a peice of cake with the new website.

It is also not too difficult to become an "official"

So why not take a moment to state what you do to promote the sport!
