update and prices for Germany tour

Post by pilkguns in Germany »

Tour date is depart the US on Friday Oct 20th and arrive in Munich in Saturday the 21st.

We will depart and arrive back on Sunday the 29th of October.

Since it seems our numbers of participants are still small at the moment, I am going to quote numbers on a sliding scale. Because some things are fixed expenses, like buses, guides, donations to clubs, etc.

Price includes airfare from the US, hotel rooms, all meals, drinks, tips, ranges fees etc, paid and 100 Euros in cash (approximately $125 US) placed in your hand as soon as you get off the plan in Munich, so you have some spending money before we get to a bank on Monday. I am figuring the airfare at around 700-800 dollars. If we can buy tickets less than that, then I will discount the tour, or give you the equivalent back in Euros to spend *

10 people or less
$2900 per person

15-20 people
$2650 per person

20+
$2550 per person

If you want to go, please send a deposit of $500 per person to PCE, by March 21st

* yes I know that you can probably find individual fares cheaper than that. But trying to get everybody on the same flight, on a gun friendly airline, it's just not possible to do individual fares. I wish it was different.

Even though the dollar sucks nowadays, I'd urge you to go on this trip. I see Scott already linked to my journal from the first one he did in 2001. He helped me take some of my rifle team over last year, too. If you want a very memorable vacation, this is it, even if your spouse isn't into shooting. You won't regret it!
