"Idiot" sheets for running rifle and pistol equipment control are now available from the ISSF Rule Amendment Page.
Apart from the organisational aspects I don't think there is anything new for pistol, except the presentation.
There are some changes to 7.4.7.2.1 (and sub-sections) for rifle.
