Just switch to 2012 - that's my target ;-) . Seriously I think 7 years is the amount of time it would take to get to that level (from where I'm at now). I have no coach, no training plan and no real idea about developing either. On the plus side I have a 2 two day training session with our national coach in Oct which I hope will lead to me developing a training plan etc.
I have considered travelling outside the UK but I can't even find anywhere I can go and pay for a week or two's intensive coaching / training.

Hi,
Its nearing and so does the deadlines of promises! i mean that the targets we put for achievement in qualifying in the olympics comes nearer and bubbles keep bursting in realities. as the days go past our weakness in training gives way to re scheduling our targets. im worried!
