Stolen Rifle

On Monday, April 18, 2005, an Anschutz 2012 rifle with a wood stock, serial number 3029646 was stolen in the Atlanta, GA area from a junior shooter.

Although it was immediately reported to the police, obviously the odds of recovery are slim through normal means.

Since it is a target rifle, and since we are a small community, it might turn up anywhere in the country. If you see this rifle or if it is offered to you for sale, please contact me ASAP at jpoc@acm.org or call the Atlanta police. We believe it was stolen by a non-shooter who won’t know what it really is, so even this is a slim chance.
