Prompt personal attention

Let me extoll praise ....again.....for the fine, fast
service. I was derelict and let my target supply run
out with a match looming. I attempted last Friday to
reach you by phone and had to leave a message.
Counting the shipping days, I went into panic and
ordered 500 targets from a competitor (whose
reputation is pretty good...via online
order)....supposedly quicker and more efficient. Then
on Monday, Pilkington returned my call and processed
my order, shipped, and today....I have my
targets....and the comptetitor has yet to acknowledge
my order (via email or other wise) and no targets yet!
Suffice to say that I will not be disuaded and order
in haste anything from others in the future. Once
again, Pilkington proves that quality has no regrets!
Thank you....and I am not even near National Team
level.
Nothing our hosts has ever done would or should cause me to seek advice or service elsewhere. There may be others out there providing similar service.....but I find there is no need to ferret them out.
