nice to have pencil and paper used to get scores (for WAR) up on the internet - none of this new-fangled computerised nonsense! It only took a couple of hours...
With dedication this could be dragged out to a day or two, or even not bother to give the scores for shooting other than shotgun at all.
Regards to all,

The results seem to be posted pretty quick, at least quicker than World Cups. Olympic Shooting resultshttp://www.athens2004.com/en/resultsShooting/results

having been a part of the process of setting up the results service at Olympics, the information (i.e. scores & results) is in effect available immediately the last shot is fired in the qualification and the Finals round.Richard H wrote:The results seem to be posted pretty quick, at least quicker than World Cups. - Sure, the Classification Jury have to check that all is OK for the qualification round, but this takes a few minutes.
- The Finals are over once the CRO gives the 'nod' to the announcer to call the results of the Final.
All is networked to the results service, and the scores and results should be available on the intranet and internet within seconds - but heck! It's only shooting...
