I have a 3D printed grip on my S&W 41 and it was a bit loose feeling in my hand - i used a jb weld steel stick from home depo - cut off small 1” sections and worked them where I wanted - surprisingly it came out much better than I expected and now I love the way my grip fits my hand - I plan to do the rest of my guns now just like it - I’ll see if I can figure out how to add pics

Morini grip putty available in Canada thru Ebay. "Olympic Marksman Equipment" (formerly 'Nikonos').
$85 canada bucks (whatever that converts to in non-communist money.)

Milliput works well too. Good bonding, working consistency, and working time, and comes in different colors.

I've been using Locktite Kintsuglue, AFAIK similar with Sugru. Somewhat expensive and probably not suitable for building prominent shelfs but very easy to use, feels a bit gummy which I like and should be easy to remove without leaving stains.

Apply and mold with heat. Stays put but can be easily remolded or removed completely later using heat.

Gentlepersons all, Thank you for your several thoughtful replies. They leave me with several opportunities to experiment with different grips and also to make a permanent set. I am very appreciative. James Storm

For removable stuff: bring some glue with you in case it falls out in the middle of a competition
