No need to envy gun owners. I know gun laws in China are very strict, but if you love the shooting sports, you should contact the chinese shooting association. They can give you all the information you need, hopefully you'll find a coach/mentor to improve your skills.

Extremely happy to help, since I'm also about your age (Grade 8) and I am an active participant in the shooting sport. I am also from China, and only got to North America somewhere around last year. China's gun laws are extremely strict, and I understand that it is challenging to find a club and resources in China. Without connections and other forms of help, it is almost impossible. There are shooting associations and sports academies in every province and city. (所有的省份与大城市里面都有射击协会和体校。去找他们!!!) However, the Paris Olympics stimulated multiple district shooting associations in China, with Sheng Lihao and Huang Yuting's success. Now, they are seeking talented youth across the country.
Consider one of their tryouts, but keep in mind: seeking professional shooting in China is difficult and you have to sacrifice almost every one of your other interests. Once you get into the team, you have to train 12+ hours a day, and completely give up your studies. If you are willing to make the decision, you can contact these associations and attend one of their tryouts. Or you can try to find a personal coach, which will be extremely hard, but is also possible.
Regarding the price of laser equipment, 24000 RMB isn't a lot. Like seriously, an average air rifle is somewhere around 30000 RMB, with the high-end ones like the one I use averaging around 35000 RMB (RIFLE ONLY). Also, it is physically impossible to even touch a rifle in China unless you are a member of the shooting team, and even then you can only access rifles within designated facilities. China also kind of banned books relating to shooting and which talk about training unless the books were approved by the shooting association.
I hope this helped.
