Yes, I seem to remember an Austrian shooter (Pickl?) winning a medal the the 22Max last year.

I’ve been watching this since the first thread saying it was a design study. Ever since the cmp released the batch of rotc smallbore I’ve been curious about the newer “space gun” looking rifles. Been only recently last two years participating in 3p matches and shooting same cmp surplus. Now I understand why everyone switched to the newer rifles. Been looking at the fwb 2800 and even the Grunig, now the a22 is real. Just when everyone thought anschutz was asleep they made this a real thing. Now I’ll have to wait longer and see if any bugs show up. @Tim S, thanks, I’ll try searching for any competition photos from the Austrian shooter.
