HAMMERLI 150 - maintenance / disassembly reassembly video

Post by Pfonseca »

Hi,

I'm looking for disassembly / reassembly videos on the Hammerli 150
Does anyone have something that could help me? Even if non-edited / your own guiding instructions.

Thank you in advance,

It has been awhile for me pulling one apart, but it isn't hard to do. Once you pull off the grips, you push out the pin that hold the block in place. The block can be disassembled by pulling out the U shaped pin while keeping the spring captive.

The trigger assembly comes out with two screws in the back of the frame. Taking off the trigger cocking lever first helps, that is one screw.

The only thing it really needs is to have the block cleaned and lube the lever where it actuates the block and cocks the firing pin. Just notice how the block fits into the frame, and the cocking arm interacts with raising and lowering the block, and cocks the firing pin before you push out the block pin.
