Re: air pistol choice redux
Please, no.
But, if I had to respond, Thirsty Goat brewed in Austin is my current fave. As for CA, which I've been leaving for the last couple years, Firestone Walker is 'meh'. I'd go Drakes first. Honestly, Freewheel in Redwood City is better, depending on your wants. Russian River is good, but I'm not much for the sours. North Coast, and Lost Abbey blow them all away.

Ah. 153 views before someone comes along who understands the reality of a proper air pistol purchase.
Personally, since we're mostly talking about Euro APs, I like the beers from "over there", preferably Czech.

1. "mostly talking about Euro APs"? Is there a credible AP made anywhere else?
B. Yeast is supposed to do its job whilst floating atop the liquid. Nothing like a good English bitter (note the redundancy)!
