The wind has died down and despite the cold I've been out in the garden shooting some more, luckily got out this morning before the snow started coming down again. Trying to put to good use all the excellent advice that is to be found in the forum.

Hi,

not sure it's allowed, so if not allowed i'll remove it. I got a SCATT and this is my practice match I shot this evening.

a personal best, but off course not shooting real pellets.

Steyr EVO 10
SCATT MX-W2
real distance to target 4.5m

Cheers

Wow, you must be in a pretty quiet area of London to be able to shoot in your garden. I lived there for grad school and I've always wanted to move back, but I remember it being such a pain in the ass to go shooting. Now that I'm into AP and I shoot in my kitchen ('MERICA), it would be super disappointing to go back to a place as locked down over guns as is the UK. Good for you for getting it done!

Up 13 from last month. Started air pistol shooting a couple of months ago. Been shooting .22 for 18 months. Some of the skills (partly) transferred but there’s a lot more to get right. AP is so unforgiving 😆

Not London! I'm based in West Yorshire in North of England. And I have understanding neighbours, several who have shot air pistol or air rifle at some point and one chap who still shoots 12gauge and proper rifles. And despite the restrictions theres still an active community of folk shooting all sorts of rifles and shotguns. Just no semi-auto rifles bigger than 22LR. And I'm not even going to try and explain which pistols you could legally own.

Cancellation of offsprings soccer training meant I got to visit the range and shoot indoors last night. A couple of absolute howlers that ended up high in the 7 but pleased that I've managed to produce a couple of sessions back to back at a similar level.

I really concentrated on Follow-thru. It is next to impossible to "Rape the Trigger" when thinking about Follow-thru. I shot this during my lunch break. I appreciate the Time extension. This is my PB for 60 shots.
