Pardini Pistol Break In Process

Post by AlexFromPardini »

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to post this so it is here for reference.

Our firearm pistols will typically have some form of a break in when they are new. Often it is anywhere between 200-400 rounds prior to a normalization of operation.

There is a shortcut we have found to accelerate this process, in most cases it can be done overnight.

When receiving a new gun or new springs for installation on an older gun:
1. Leave the bolt/slide locked open overnight
2. Leave the magazines loaded away from the pistol overnight.

You can also oil the final round loaded into the magazine with a drop of oil for the initial 100 rounds fired, but this is usually not needed if the above steps are followed.

This procedure applies to all SP's, all HP's and all GT's
