IZH 46M
RWS meistergluk
Sub-6 (formerly a center hold guy, still want to shoot good center hold)
I am actually proud to shoot that score with my IZH 46M, could have shot a few points higher with LP10, but that IZH SSP heavy monster is such a joy to shoot. A good grip is 50% of shooting with this beaut. Was going to buy a Rink for this 46M. So last hurray with old grip. Knock all the old putty off. I was surprised how many layers of putty I had on that grip over the years, how those putty had pull my finger down away from the trigger shoe. Once I got down to original bare bone, it felt not bad at all. Just added a new finger base ridge line, the grip felt pretty ok.
Also helped was the new Fortner trigger shoe. Finger position is much more consistent. Money well spent from Nordicmarksman.com
Picked up a tip from watching Jin JongOh. He was teaching his sidekick in a Korean comedy show. I did not understand what he was trying to teach his sidekick. He repeated show how he took big breath lifting, exhale completely down into his hold area. I do not understand Korean, but I can surmise that is the gist of what he was conveying to his comic sidekick. I tried that inhale lift, exhale completely into comfort hold pattern. That was calming, and quite stable.

Walther LPM1
RWS Basic
Sub six hold
544 at the club range
I wish I had this score Sat. for the NRA Sectional, but at least I did decently in Free Pistol.
It seemed I could do nothing right in AP, but FP was just cruising.

Benelli Kite [leaking air:-)]
JSB Simply Airgun Pellets; 8.02 gr
506
Baikal 46M
JSB Simply Airgun Pellets; 8.03 gr
The score with the Kite is my best since undergoing a prostatectomy, Da Vinci assisted, at Dartmouth last June. While the process was minimally invasive (I was walking within six hours and riding my bicycle around town six weeks later), it has taken a while to recover torso stability. The process involves five laparoscopic incisions that do weaken abdominal muscles used to stabilize the shooting position. Should any of you be so fortunate to have this procedure done, most of the "serious" internal work is done through the patient's left abdominal side. If you're left handed, as I am, it also affects the ability to lift and hold the pistol through the shot. Still, it has to be better than the old open the whole abdominal cavity procedure.
If you can't prevent getting old, find a good screening urologist from age 60 forward. If you do need surgery, find the best you can. :-)

Re: MONTHLY AP LEAGUE FEB. 2021
Breakthough for my results and its due to this site and the vast knowledge of its users. The thread about LP2 trigger adjustment made me think about my LP1 trigger and made some adjustments giving me an instant 10p gain.
My trigger stop was set to tight, hence my follow through was suffering.

I have no excuse for the 88 and 86. The 86 I felt, had only 2 bad shots but was suprised to see the result. It´s been a long time since I have shot a 7!

Re: MONTHLY AP LEAGUE FEB. 2021
I just shot a better weekly score. Can I delete my prior entry and repost, or is that taboo?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: MONTHLY AP LEAGUE FEB. 2021
Do I need to register or join this somehow ? Or just shoot and post score. I don't shoot like you guys do but I shoot nevertheless. Thanks, Tom

@thessler: No need to register. Just shoot (60 shots) and post your scores ( each series seperatly would be nice). Please include the following:

Ammo used (weighed and or polished, from, or not from, using the Swedish Virgin Bikini Team)
Male or Female
Age
Country
