So I bought a new phone and can't get my old data to transfer over. It transferred the program over but not the data. Has anyone else run into this? Ho did you fix it? thanks

You should do a backup data on your old phone and once this is done you should go on your new phone to the same Data Backup folder but this time you should pick Restore and open one you've just created.
It works for me every time with no issues, have multiple phones in use....
