Since the pandemic started, I've been training every day for about an hour: muscle exercises with dumbbells, holding exercises and dry fire. generally following Dina's video: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?ref=sav ... 4166749083
Live fire ... twice a week, if the weather permits - since i shoot outside.
What most affects my scores is temperature. If it;s above 24 degrees Celsius, my hand swells and i find that i cannot get a good comfortable and repeatable grip.

After well over a year I got a home range set up for practice in my "new" place. I removed the weight bar from the SAM and did a little grip work (it was holding high). I couldn't bear to see my scores "tanking" so badly, but now I'm on the road to recovery. I'm not getting any younger, though. Wheeze! I'm trying to get a league going to throw some more bodies into the fray here. We'll see.
On another note, I mam retiring from work today, 41 years at the same company. That is a long time. I need to turn in my company laptop. I have a apple at home. I will see if I can get the excel report to work, if not I may need help with that. Thanks

No glasses. I tried Knobloch for a couple weeks and have put them aside for the timebeing. I shoot higher scores without them. they made everything more defined but the peephole distracted me. I had to look through the centre of the hole else the shot would be off. It became a 4th thing I had to align.

567 is a new PB for me, although no single target was particularly high. No flyers through the whole course of 60, though, which may be a first for me. I've been trying to train out a rough case of target panic this last month and my typical score actually took a bit of a drop as a result, but I feel like I'm finally coming through the other side. I had to change up my shot process and re-learn how to ready the gun to finally come down to the target, but I think it's starting to pay off.
