My handpump has stopped working. I loaned it to a friend and it was working fine, even worked when i got it back. My tank is getting low and i was using it to top off the cylinders. What it was doing was compressing air on the upstroke which doesnt allow you to pull the handle up. I cant get it apart other than taking the handle and top cap off. I cleaned the old grease off the tube and and regreased and now air comes out the top. Are these worth sending off to get fixed? Seems price off shipping both ways would not make it worth while.

Re: Gehmann hand pump repair
There is a repair kit for it, but it's o-rings and the like.
It would require to take the pump apart...
Hope this helps

Check out fxairguns.com.
Your pump is probably made by them, and they can sell you the whole kit of o-rings.
Exploded wiew of the pump and the right grease is included.

I do believe it is an FX. I will look into the repair kit. Thanks
Re: Gehmann hand pump repair
Beware, there are two types of Gehmann pumps. 3-stage (M220 old x new version) and 4-stage (M100). Different pumps - different O-rings and different disassembly procedures.
