My new Rink grip for my Morini 162EI Short arrived yesterday.
With Rink grips, I always ask them to pick out a select piece of walnut for me, and also to not stamp the model no, size etc on the LHS side of the grip.
As you can see from the pictures, they complied with both of these instructions.
However, what concerns me about this grip is the amount of grip that extends below the bottom of the palm shelf.
It just looks weird.
Is this 'wood extension' the same for other 162EI Short & Rink owners? The grip is Large size.

It can't be any shorter because of the electronics, no?
I have small and large grips for a Steyr EVO10 (mechanical) and they look as expected

Apart from its slightly weird looks (getting used to it now) , its a very comfortable grip. Feels fantastic in fact.
The slight grip extension beyond the bottom of the palm shelf also has the additional bonus of stabilizing the gun a bit more.
