Morini 162EI help required

Post by Leon »

I dismantled my 162EI after a battery leak incident to clean up and ensure that there was no further damage, this part popped out - and I'm damned if I can work out from the schematic exactly where to replace it.

It is part number 162045

and I presume that it goes somewhere in here?

That's the 80 bar cut off bar.
It installs with the square end butted against the silver pin.
Also you might need to pull back the cocking lock on the side of the reciver to make the plate sit down flat, then install the trigger asembly back.

just drop it into the channel as per schematics Obviously you need to turn frame upside down . it just sits in there , its the bar that shuts off the air at 100 .
I had my Morini apart last week
